My brother Michael and I recently completed a feature length comedy screenplay entitled “Pool Wars.” This tight, 109-page script follows an easily relatable boy-meets-girl + boy-battles-evil-villain formula. The screenplay is funny, visually interesting, and concise.

“Pool Wars” tells the story of Dan Shockston, an endearingly useless pool cleaner who is thrust into a battle for his customers, his sanity, and his very survival by the return of his childhood archenemy, The Niner. Dan is beat up, kidnapped, drowned, run over, suffers humiliations galore, and has the best night of his life, all at the hands of his nemesis. Will he put down his bong in time to save his company, and his soul?
